So, a couple days before I'm to get my blood drawn for the latest round of tests, I come down with something. Nothing serious, no big fever (yet?) but some sinus congestion, and a general feeling of malaise.
I changed my appointment to next Wed, but am not sure if that will be long enough for my body to recover. My white blood cell count was high last time & that's one of the things that the 'moron' at the TRT clinic was using to justify his ridiculous treatment. I need to be sure my numbers are the best they possibly can be for this round of tests.
Anyone know how long it takes WBC numbers to return to base levels?
Oh, by the way, two other things...
1) the ENM gal & I mutually decided not to pursue anything further, realizing we weren't really into each other. I'm relieved, yet still disappointed, and feeling a bit lonely again.
2) After a few weeks since having lost a lot of data on my 0ura ring app, my HR/HRV numbers are finally improving again. I've no idea whether this is related to my caffeine intake reduction, overall exercise/cold tub/sauna reduction, or rather, the app finally gathered enough recent data for the algorithms to make sense of it again?
In fact, now I'm wondering if the bad app numbers were creating a negative feedback loop in my brain, like, "oh no! bad numbers, I'm sleeping like shit!", and then having anxiety over it, making it harder to sleep and making the numbers even worse, etc.
