1) Starting to feel better, workout-wise. Just in time to start my next round of supplements on the 1st - I'm looking forward to the next couple of months & finding out if my workout routine design will do what I think it will. I also feel like I may start back into running again (or some form of cardio at least).
2) It wasn't the beer, it was the supplement. Sad, but now I know, and if I decided to have a few drinks, I know how to mitigate the after-effects.
3) Picked up a check from the chiropractor today for my unused pre-paid visits, as I've decided to stop going for a while. I've been going consistently once every 3-4 weeks minimum, for the last 15 years! My original intent was to learn how to take care of myself, but I kept having issues I couldn't address alone. Now that I've incorporated several changes into my life, things have been improving for me, physically, and I think I've figured out how to do things on my own now.
4) Anyway, I now have an extra $400 to spend, but can't decide what to do with it. I could just put it in the bank for now, or I could buy components for the new cycle, or, I've found a 15 cubic foot chest freezer on sale for $399 (only until tomorrow!) and I could get that and turn it into an "ice bath" for a few hundred more, or I could buy a guitar, or maybe just pay someone to finish the brake lines on my Dodge (as I'm not making much progress myself), or, or, or... Ugh.
5) I really wish I could think of a good reason to go back to the health food store. I might never run into her again otherwise... Ugh, again.
