One mile wog on Sunday, workout this afternoon, and I actually cooked tonight! Since I don't have a grill yet, I had to pan-fry, but I did up a pound of california-style pork ribs using a dry-rub I put together a while back (found online). A little sweet cream butter, meduim-high heat, 4-5 minutes/side (about 1/3lb each), and they turned out fantastic! Had some mixed veggies with a little butter as well... made a great meal.
Just have to keep trying to build new habits, and when I fall away from them? Try again. One day, those habits may even make a difference. (edit to add: got a 30 minute walk in tonight as well.)
