Oh, btw, I did the hands & feet cold water conditioning tonight (water was about 52°F (maybe 11°C?) for 5 minutes each. It's getting easier; I think the winter motorcycle riding has something to do with it.I originally thought you should only do it once or twice per week, but saw a video where they said it could be done every day, if desired. Not sure if I'll go that far, but 2-3x/wk sounds about right.
I also managed to get my 5th cold shower in this week. Was my last shower scheduled for 15 seconds, but I manged to get to 30s, including getting my face in it for maybe 10s. The face really helps, honestly - look up 'Mammalian Dive Reflex' if you're curious! Water was completely cold, same 52°F as the hands/feet. 1st time I managed to do that as well!
