Getting better. Still a bit irritable, but improving. I only cussed out inanimate objects maybe 3-4 times today!
Skipped my workout on Mon, did Tues, and went for a wog today. I've also started walking a mile on my morning break at work most days. I'm hoping that adding this will improve my body comp, as I'm still kind of a fat-fuck; a fairly strong fat-fuck, but fat nonetheless. At some point in my adult life, I'd like to see if I can have a jawline without using facial hair to define it.
Going for a cycle ride in a bit. Wednesdays are starting to be a good time for that with me now. Also, I have a 3-day weekend coming up, so trying to decide what to do. Kind of want to travel, kind of want to work on the old car until I get it running. I know which is the smarter choice, I just don't know if that will matter when the time comes.
