Grr.
I should have known better than to try to start my new routine/supplements immediately after a work conference... Been having some significant back issues since late Saturday/early Sunday, and by last night, it was awful. Started to feel like maybe I was coming down with something, so I spent a lot of time working on stretching my muscles using tennis balls (lying on the floor with them under me). After 30 minutes or so, I felt better, so I figured the symptoms were simply misalignment. Had to get up several times during the night for water, and Motrin, and to crack my back again, but again, by morning, I thought I was ok.
Things have gotten progressively worse over the course of the day, and by the time I got home, I was shivering, and my leg & back muscles were cramping up. I tried to work on my back again, but was shivering so much it hurt & I couldn't continue, so I put a bunch of sweats on, made some coffee & put a battery in my digital thermometer, then took some meds (of which I'm now out & have to buy more either tonight or tomorrow morning).
I don't know if this is going to be a quick one, or one that lingers, or (hopefully) one that's gone by morning, but it sucks because I was finally back to where I wanted to be with my lifting. *sigh*
I'm looking at some good overtime this paycheck too, so I need to go to work, no matter what - just hope I can get through ok.
