Oh, btw - testing my maxes this week on weights. Tonight was squats.
Beat my previous PR (personal record) by 10lbs - got a single @ 325lbs. Guess I'm pretty happy about that.
I think tomorrow is bench, Wed will be deadlift, Thurs should be high incline bench/shoulder press. Might do max log press if I go to strongman on Saturday, but who knows...
