We had a hard drive crash at work last week - wiped out almost two terabytes of data. Fortunately, we had a backup; unfortunately, that backup is almost a month old, which means that although we didn't lose everything, we did lose a month's worth of data. This means that my department will have to recreate/rerun all of the parts we've measured over that time. In the meantime, all of our internal customers are going to be a bit upset. Oh well, nothing much to be done other than to redo it.
I finally stopped using my old flip-phone, and am in the somewhat-modern age - I now have a smart phone. It's a bit odd getting used to it, but I'm sure it will happen soon. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get MMS messages to download. SMS are working fine, but the media messages won't show up for some reason. I've tried everything I can think of, and talked with tech support. No luck yet.
Finally got back to strongman this weekend, and although I've lost a lot of strength in my shoulders/upper body, my posterior chain seems to have maintained rather well. Overhead log press was really bad (135# for 3), but I managed an 86ft yoke walk with 400#, and got a 550# pick & hold for 10 seconds. Will see how the workout goes tonight.
