So, I somewhat took Kelsi's advice, but left out some of the more personal thoughts I had about her. Just kept it light, friendly, happy to hear from her, etc., and that it would be good to catch up with her when she has time.
I think I panicked a bit at first, which is why I knew I had to wait to reply. The more time I had to sit with her email, to re-read it, the better I felt about it. I'm comfortable with what I sent, and I'm (presently) detached from the outcome (for the most part). I do hope I get a positive response from her, but after all this time, even if I didn't hear back, I think I'd be ok with it.
I do hope I hear back, in a positive way, though. :-)
