Ring tracking says I didn't get to sleep until 9p last night, even though I was in bed by 8:15p. And for no obvious reason, for the 2nd time in a week, I woke up at 3a and couldn't get back to sleep. Stayed in bed until 4a, when I figured it was pointless, and got up, started coffee & went to work - made it in by 4:35a.
I didn't even work out yesterday... I'm still at a loss as to why this keeps happening, although I did see an article online mention sleep issues are common with ASD people, so maybe that's part of it?
