I think it's time to give drinking a rest again. I've been choosing it more/too often over other healthier/more productive things I could be doing, and I'm also overdoing it a bit, when I do.
I want to focus more on my health/fitness, and finding better ways to fill my time, and need for socializing. There has to be a better way to meet people than going out for drinks, so I'm going to try to focus on my strength training, and then running/biking whenever it sounds like fun, rather than pushing myself to do it. If I can find a way to make it fun again, rather than something I just feel I *should* be doing, maybe I'll be able to stick with it more consistently.
