So, this doesn't really have much to do with anything going on in my so-called life, but as I've always been into natural/alternative healing methods, I'll tell you a bit about something I found recently that's intrigued me...
It's called the 'Wim Hof' method, and it's a three step approach to improving one's physical health - breathing exercises, cold exposure, and meditation. I'll link to some videos because I don't think I could explain it adequately. I've started doing the breathing method once, or sometimes twice a day (for the last 6 days) and it does seem to help me physically, and maybe even a little mentally. It's really a very interesting physical experience!

As an aside, I'm going out for a buddy's show tonight for the 1yr anniversary of this brew-pub's local store opening (2nd location, 1st is over an hour away). Supposed to meet a couple people to hang out as well. No idea if they'll show, or if I'll be very talkative, but I'm kind of looking forward to it. Hope I don't end up disappointed like I usually do.
