Went to bed shortly after 11p, couldn't shut off my mind (or my body for that matter?) got up a while later to take a couple melatonin then went back to bed. Obviously didn't do shit for me, as I'm still pretty wide awake & it's 1:30a.
I have no idea what to do now; go lie down in bed again? Watch some tv show? Read a bit? Whatever I decide, tomorrow's going to be shitty unless I can manage to sleep in long enough to make up this deficit.
