I'm starting to see a possible issue with the melatonin, although it might just be an issue with having too much. The pills I have are 5mg, and I'm beginning to think I might need to break them in half, as I'm growing more & more groggy in the mornings, and am finding it harder to get out of bed. I found one website that says anywhere from 0.3mg to 5-6mg can be effective, so I may be on the right track. This site also says that many people can get back on a regular sleep schedule after only taking it for a couple weeks, then quitting. I'm going to skip tonight's dose, then maybe take half tomorrow, if I think I need it. I've been taking it for about 8 days now, I think, so I might not even need it much longer.
