Took one sleep tablet and went to bed around 8:15p, because I felt pretty tired & thought I could use the rest.
I lay awake in bed, tossing & turning, not finding a comfortable position, for over two hours. Now I'm back up - thought I might be hungry so I had a protein shake, but now I don't know what to do. I know I need sleep, but I can't stand lying in bed for hours without falling asleep.
On the plus side, I guess it's good that it happened tonight, since I don't have to go to work in the morning. On the minus side, I'm betting the sleep tracker is going to end up giving me a lot of bad news once I start wearing it...
