Been off my training supplements for a few days now, and I'm really starting to drag. I quit tonight's workout after 3 of the 5 exercises I was supposed to do, solely because I ran out of energy & said, 'fuck it'.
I have to wait at least another 3-4 weeks before my hormones/etc stabilize, so I can get blood work done to see just how bad my system really is.
I'm not looking forward to it.
