I didn't work out all week, just couldn't be bothered. I didn't think it was a big deal though, because it was a 'deload' week & both the weights and sets were reduced by about half. Still, it bothered me enough that yesterday, I finally decided to catch up on it. I did all four workouts, plus maybe half of each day's accessory exercises. only took 80 minutes, and wasn't too difficult, and now I'm caught back up for the next 4 week cycle.
And I seem to have hit an emotional plateau somewhere between the lows I've been feeling for weeks now, and where I usually am. Not great, but also, not suffering as much anymore. Maybe soon, I'll feel back to normal (as pathetic as my 'normal' is).
