About to go out to the cold tub for the 2nd time since I got it put together again. Last time, I was in for 1:30 minutes @ 49.1°F, but I'd filled it too far & couldn't get my shoulders fully submerged, so it was awkward. A quick shower to rinse off afterwards, and then a good 30 minute soak in the sauna to get the blood moving again.
I'm going to try for at least 2 minutes tonight, if not more. I finished my other two max lifts today, but could feel that I was still sore from the shoveling (and most likely, the crappy diet I've been eating while on vacation). I suppose i shouldn't complain, as they're not unreasonable, but I was hoping for higher numbers (all #s in pounds).

Overall though? Not bad considering all of my max lifts were done between 2013-2015, so 7-10 years ago? Which was also when I was training with the strongman gang, so I guess it's not really that bad!? I want to see if I can get back to those again, or at least close. I'll have to test my strongman maxes too once summer gets here.
(Oh! I just noticed that back in March of this year, my Axle Push Press (using leg drive) was only 115, but now I can strict-press 120! That's a decent improvement!)
