Still congested, but felt well enough for a workout tonight. Didn't even have to modify it (aside from pushing out the days). I have a couple weeks of back-to-back workouts, but they're fairly easy & I think it'll be fine.
The real test is to see whether I sleep well tonight, and if I wake up feeling better or worse. If I've overdone it, my sinuses may act up again.
