Started my workouts back up on the 30th (modified quite a bit lower to start). Also quit drinking on the 1st (hadn't been drinking much, maybe a couple beers a couple nights a week). There is no alcohol left in the house now.
Hoping that getting back into the workouts will help with the back issues too, as things aren't going well on that front. Between that and some nerve issues that happened when I got some dental work done on the 19th, I had to break down & buy some ibuprofen; been taking it at least twice a day for the last week or so (usually once in the morning, and once before bed so I can sleep). Speaking of which, I haven't used any sleeping pills since I started vacation. Wait, no, I took one on my 3rd night off... Anyway, that's an improvement, even if it takes me forever to get to sleep (some nights, it takes 2+ hrs).
Cycle is still in the shop so I haven't gotten my December ride in yet. It might turn out to need more repairs than I'd counted on too, judging by the way it's acting. *sigh*
