I realized today that maybe I'm trying to do too much at once; the WH breathing, cold showers, not drinking, intermittent fasting, running, lifting, no more facespace... I'm having trouble sticking with everything, so I'm just going to focus on a few things until they develop into easy habits, then I'll start tackling the rest one by one.
I'm liking IF, so that stays; same with the WH breathing; not drinking is pretty easy at this point, so that stays too, as well as no facespace. The IF diet is a fair bit lower in calories than I used to consume, so I think I'll hold off on the exercise (unless I really feel up to for it!), and the cold showers can wait as well. As far as IF is concerned, I still don't have my schedule down consistently yet, so that's what I'll be focusing on for now. Not sure which I'll work on after that, but it will probably be the lifting or running (maybe biking, once the weather warms up?) There are some other things I want to get back to as well (drawing, open mic music, printing/framing some of my photography, etc), but I'll never stick with them if I don't make the rest routine.
