Pretty sure I broke my toe again, 2nd one on the right. Jammed it into the front of a step while going upstairs. Same toe I broke years ago when visiting the Joker in her town. I'm wondering if maybe it never healed properly, because this is probably the 4-5th time I've done so, same toe.
Oh, and I got my max lifts done this week (well, at least for the four I'm tracking - numbers in pounds).
Back Squat: 285
Bench: 185
Deadlift: 335
Ovehead Press: 125
I didn't expect much on the OHP, because I haven't been doing it much; have been doing Dumbell OHPs instead, and it's a different beast. Still, not too disappointed. I'm within 10% of my all-time maxes, but I'm going to be focused more on growth than strength starting in August, so the maxes won't necessarily mean much. If I put on a good amount of muscle, I'll probably switch to a strength program & see if I can beat my previous 'records'.
