Ok, this isn't what I needed the "good luck" wishes for, but I finally sold my old truck yesterday, so now I can buy my grandma's old car as a 2nd vehicle. It's been very well maintained, and will make a much better 2nd car than that old beater truck. Pretty happy about that.
Now, as for the "good luck" issue, well, here's what I wrote about it a couple days ago. I didn't want to jinx anything by talking about it too much, but it appears, at this point, that it won't matter anyway, so I might as well post it.

Bo was back in town last weekend, and I met up with her, and her friend that I've had a crush on for years (I've talked about her before) - I'll call her KJ for now. At first, it was just the three of us, and we stopped at the Un1on for a drink. Was a good band playing, but the place was packed & we couldn't get a table, but we had some good conversation standing around the bar. Somehow, I managed to talk to KJ fairly well, although not quite so much at first, as I'm still a bit self-conscious/shy around her. After about 30-45 minutes, we decided to head to Lou's, as there was a band I wanted to see, and it turns out our friend Sup3rDave was going to be there as well, for another band.
Super showed up just after we arrived, and we all stood around talking/catching up for a bit. We caught the first band, and then were debating whether to stick around for Super's band, or check this other venue, as they had a band in from England, (I guess?) named H0llie G0Lightly. It was decided that I'd run down to check them out, see what they were like, as I'd promised my friend MD (the booking agent there) that I'd be there at some point. Well, by that time, they were on their last song, so I headed back to Lou's. They were still at the table when I got back so I joined them. I was really nice having people with whom I was really comfortable, to talk to, and it helped me loosen up enough to talk with KJ some more (as did the few drinks I'd had!) I mentioned that I'd been thinking of texting her, but never knew if I should, as I didn't know here schedule, etc. and she told me I should, which was something I was glad to hear! A bit later, we all went in to see the last band, and stayed for the whole set (they were fantastic!). As we were all leaving, I got a few compliments on my cycle, which was parked right outside the door. KJ had never seen it, and the last thing she said to me was that she wanted to go for a ride sometime!
Now, I know I'm not a terribly bright guy when it comes to this kind of thing, but both the texting and the ride thing seem pretty obvious that she digs me, at least a little!? The "wish me luck" entry I wrote last, was because I decided to send her a text & invite her to check out a new local brewery with me (I sent it last night, Thursday). She's a big fan of craft beers, and one of her faves is a beer made by this new place. They're still in "soft-open" mode - they're official opening won't happen for another week, so I thought this would be a great time to check it out before the crowds. Haven't heard back yet, but I expected that, due to her work schedule. I'm hopeful she'll be up for it though.

Was really hoping I would have heard from her, but no reply yet. I might send another text today saying I'm heading down there (because, why not, right?) but I'm not expecting anything. It's pretty disappointing though, considering her behavior the night we hung out. Of course, we were all having drinks that night, so maybe it was just the alcohol talking.
Doesn't really matter, I have the feeling I'll be running into her again, and I'll just keep trying, until/unless I get a clear signal that she's not interested. That's a new tack for me, but who knows, maybe it will work!?
