Finished testing my other maxes tonight - 325# deadlift, 195# bench, 155# Push-Press. Disappointed in the last one, but I haven't really been training it, so I guess I'm not surprised. Still, every one of those is a lifetime PR, so I'm pretty stoked.
Back to work tomorrow. Not particularly looking forward to it.I'm also starting my new supplement, and putting a lot of effort into my diet this month, as well as quitting drinking and starting running. (The running will be the last/least important thing to add, and if I can't deal with all the changes, it'll be the first to be put off. Still, I need to get back into it, so I'll keep trying.
