Seems as though I've reset my stasis point re: body weight - I've been hovering between 203-205 for the last couple of weeks, which is down 15+ lbs from where I was 3-4 months ago. I'm fairly pleased with this; I feel lighter, and I think I look better too, which is a positive mental boost. Now that I've got my vaccines out of the way, I've started back in with the WH breathing, and although I want to jump right back into my workouts, my sleep is still fucked up, so I'm going to take it slowly (no sleeping pills since last Thursday though, so that's good). Plan on several 2 mile walks this week, then add in some upper body weights next, and then hopefully I can add 1-2 days of jogging by next month. I'll have to adjust my calorie intake, but I think it'll be fine.
Been trying to think of other things to write, but honestly, even what I wrote above seems meaningless/unimportant. There's likely a lot more I could say, but why? *shrugs* At least now I can recognize that I'm feeling like a bother, and work to let that go. Maybe I'll feel like writing more later?
